At Wiggles & Giggles Childcare, the safety, well-being, and development of children is always our highest priority. During a recent period of heightened state oversight, our team took the opportunity not only to fully comply with Colorado Child Care Licensing requirements, but to exceed expectations through meaningful professional development, program strengthening, and team stability.
Strengthening Our Team Through Advanced Training
We have made significant investments in staff education and professional growth to ensure our practices reflect the highest standards in early childhood education:
- Pyramid Plus Training completed by our Director and two lead teachers, strengthening our ability to support children’s social-emotional development.
- CLASS Observer Certification completed by the Owner, reinforcing a deep understanding of high-quality teacher-child interactions.
- Trauma-Informed Care Training completed by a lead teacher, with our Director currently enrolled to further expand this expertise across the program.
- Advanced Education in Progress: Our Assistant Director, already Director-Qualified, is actively pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
These trainings go beyond minimum requirements and reflect our commitment to evidence-based, relationship-centered care.

Throughout this process, nearly our entire staff has remained with us, demonstrating strong dedication, resilience, and alignment with our mission. This consistency has allowed us to implement improvements thoughtfully and maintain a stable, nurturing environment for children and families.
