Nikki has had a dedication to the children of Longmont for 2 decades providing care within her home as a large home childcare and preschool. In October of 2022, she took ownership of Smiling Faces Academy and expanded Wiggles and Giggles into a childcare center. As the founder, she is faithfully committed to providing a positive and relationship based platform for families of all walks of life. She is a mother to two intelligent, confident and beautiful daughters as well as a foster parent to a handful of others . Her oldest, is in real estate and her youngest is actually a Lead Teacher with Wiggles and Giggles. Nikki holds and maintains a level 4 early learning professional credential, Early childhood training credential and an early learning and development coaching credential. Nikki also maintains her foster trainings in good standing to be able to assist where and when needed. Her advocacy for children is endless.

Shane is a lead teacher in our 3 year old room. He brings an element of fun, silliness and life to the center. He is the Jack of all trades, enjoys cars, woodworking and creating a welcoming space for kids to grow and play safely. When he isn't at Wiggles and Giggles you can find him volunteering with LEU as an emergency responder. He is professionally trained in EMS, fostering children, and is a professional credentialed Lead Teacher/Assistant Director.
